Re: 1968 MG Midget
I am with the Rev on this, primrose is the way to go. Anything in the history to do with practical spastics is best deleted as the few cars I have owned that were previously owned or featured by them have been bloody awful. Also remember what you are doing now which is putting right the previous "restoration". Change the colour back to original and throw that toilet paper in the bin.

Re: 1968 MG Midget
Nope. They are a wishy washy yellowy colour.
It's why I'd have to see one in person to really decide if I want to go that route.

Re: 1968 MG Midget
I think I'm not going to keep the rear original. Mine should have the rear reversing lights but I think they look so much better and cleaner without those pair of generic Lucas lumps on the back. I believe mine was the first year with them and one of the few minor differences with the 1967 (longer diff too was the other big thing iirc).

Checkout the straightness of that chrome strip
( I shouldn't laugh too much as I bet mine won't end up much better)

Re: 1968 MG Midget
Primrose is a lot more yellow from memory, if I'm thinking of the right colour.
