Pity my workshop's so far away. I'd have that fucker fixed soon enough. There'a a Kwik Fit next door, brimmed with old exhausts from which suitable diameter tubing can be cut.

He did use a white Renault 20 3220FE92 as a getaway car, after escaping from Paris' notorious La Sante prison fortress. No idea what the 16 here is about. The dead guy is a fellow escapee that didn't make it.
