Re: What's the worst deathtrap you've ever driven on the road?

So far as I'm led to believe, the leisure batteries are entirely charged by solar panels on the roof, and not connected to the ldvs electrics.batteries were new last month as I wasn't convinced the old ones were holding a charge.its.got an aftermarket reverse camera on it,which I will check, but can't ...

Re: New car purchased. Fords finest.

It is a saloon. Headlights are a bitch to find. It will be on the road again soon. Owned by my friend for 5 years I think. Its only off the road for some bits to be done for mot. Its one of his daily drivers. He's not happy at the minute as he's having to use his 2010 aixam crossline for everything...

Re: Two wheels good.

Have to say, despite the currently shit weather as we nudge closer to winter, with all the fuel madness going on,my Mz has never looked so attractive, especially as I've discovered it will run on a mix of heating oil and petrol..purely experimental of course.. and it just flew through an MOT as well :-)

Re: Morris Minor Ratrod

The switch appears to turn on/off the gauge lights and apparently is factory. Surprised me as I thought slide switches were a much more modern thing than this. I was looking at a different switch lol,yes the minor has a slide for the instrument illumination, bizzarely my dad's Somerset has a large p...
