No.

it's open to public access so it's covered by the Highways Act. Same as supermarket carparks etc. it'd have to be gated or similar & locked for at least one day a day to remain private as far as I'm aware.

Bought this last night. Not a bad old thing 1.4 petrol on a '57 plate. It belonged to a friends late father and hasn't been used for a while so needs a few jobs doing. They reported the clutch slipping on the mot but I am told it isn't (I think I will believe the mot tester on that one. Not sure if...
