Re: Stupid questions about motorised conveyances

Here is a daft question from me! Shamefully I haven't been using my old Jag very much at all - in fact the only time I have used it in the last year was taking it for an MOT. Re: Electric vehicles, pros and cons. Have your say.

I'll just add another beancounter point.

EVs are expensive so they're easier to sell on PCPs, which can be subsidised by the manufacturer.
Money is now no longer 'cheap' so it'll cost them more or they increase the monthly payments, not ideal when everyone's, apart from Mario's, budgets are squeezed.

Anyone else keeping an eye on the cheap sparks thread on AS? Feelings? More than a race to the bottom? Chinese economy is an enigma (massive lie) and they are marked up significantly from the home market I'm sure but someone needs to make money somewhere? Dumped on us and so a runner? Even the conv...

Re: Transit Tales. Owned or rented.

It seems to have become a bit of a turning point in the business world.
'Go woke, go broke' is now far more likely, Natwest being another instance.
Not necessarily broke but far more likely to lose money.

Bring back the P.G. Tips chimps.

Dylan Mulvaney, the thing that destroyed Bud Light when it headed up a major advertising campaign for them.

I would have thought beer, if you can class it as that, would be the last product where the customers would appreciate those sort of weirdos.

Innocent of what?
Not of affronting nature.

It's obviously cursed.
I'll take it off your hands if you give me a couple of thousand quid to cover the risk.

Re: Transit Tales. Owned or rented.

I'm not sure if I've posted this before (and too lazy to look) but I am the most intimate with a Transit of anyone on the site! I interfaced a frail human teenage body with the hard and unyielding rear end of a MK1 Transit leaving an impression in the rear D/S rear wing and door and much shattered ...
