Re: Stupid questions about motorised conveyances
I would stick an injector cleaner or similar in there but I would be pretty confident that it will be ok without. The guy who flogs me these snake oil potions insists that it will make a difference and improve the fuel that is in there.

Re: Stupid questions about motorised conveyances
So far I have had no issues with old fuel but most of mine burn through it so fast it never stays in there for long. I do however chuck an additive in every now and again to help with the E10 shit. The guy I get my engine flush from used to sell Forte products for many years and now sells 4Tec. He s...

Re: Wobland Spottage
Just got back from a run out to Worthing to collect a mobility scooter. The old Renault 25 ran well and even gave mid 20's fuel consumption. I saw quite a few interesting motors out in the rain. A red 65 thunderbird convertible near Arundel was the highlight and this little Austin pulled out in fron...

Re: What did you do today?
I have to go to Worthing on Monday morning to collect a mobility scooter for my dad. (His old one is up for grabs if anyone wants it, 4 wheel 8mph well used) I have a customer transit in at the moment that has a random cutting out issue and has seen very little use over the last few years so I asked...

Re: model 70

Re: Nissan Vannette/LDV Cub. Opinions?
I wouldn't go near a modern diesel with clutch trouble as that will get very expensive very quickly. Why not have a go on Retroshite's raffle for a proper Mini Clubman this weekend

Re: I seem to of done something stupid yet again
The bloody DVLA are being their usual helpful selves and want the Hotchkiss inspected again. God knows why when I sent photos of it with the steering wheel etc back in. Anyway it has given me a chance to get it out of the workshop and drive round the yard. In even better news the fucking rover has g...
