Re: Cars that I thought would not be shit but were

I thought apart from the veiled PBK reference, it was pretty straight forward. But what do I know? I'm a geordie.

Owned a Rover.
Swapped for a Golf.
Hated Golf
Broke clutch
Got Mini.
More regret.

Vw Golf Mk3.
I swapped a Rover 416si for one, and hated every minute.

I'm sure our resident AubergineRaftPerson would disagree, but it just felt wrong to me. Maybe that's why I broke it and ended up with a Mini on finance. 😭😂

Invacar? Oh wait... Wrong forum.

Hyundai X2 Pony.
OK, so boring, but capable as a car, and don't drive too bad.
Had one as my third ever car, would have another.

Yeah well, like the Corbynite I am, I'm staying firmly on the fence.
Political references OK here btw? :D

Re: 103 and counting..

I'd say it is still remarkably van-like for an mpv, but I like the driving position and although not the fastest, still hustles along OK.

103 and counting..

I've owned a lot of cars. 103 in 20 years at current count.
I have an excel spreadsheet with them all on...

Here is my current vehicle, a 1998 Ford Galaxy, 2.0 petrol with 160k on it.
