Re: Hanging WBoD Shitheap Made by Hitler Acquired
From the wing it looks to be a (I think) higher spec Avantgarde trim. I'm surprised that a vegetarian spec interior was even an option.

Re: Hanging WBoD Shitheap Made by Hitler Acquired
I've been impressed with my recent M112 engine equipped Mercedes. Relatively easy & simple to work on for a modern engine and still decent amount of power as relatively modern. Yours isn't crammed quite as full with control modules as my W211 though. I've replaced the key fob batteries and thus...

Re: Hanging WBoD Shitheap Made by Hitler Acquired
Turns out its first owner was Luton Town Football (whatever that is) Club, for use by its then manager Joe Kinnear (whoever that is). Must not have not been doing that well if they could only afford a E240 over a E320. Presumably they chose fabric seats over leather/mbtex as they wick up the post g...

I guess you're old enough now to know how to determine what that feeling is like?

Re: What did you do today?
I ended up having to get 2 new brake pipes on the TT with integral flexi hoses so no way I could have easily made up new ones from copper. Not ridiculously dear but more than my original plan of making up 2 short sections. If I'm not fixing the TT, I'm taxing it or putting fuel in it, all for a car...

Typical helpful* Facebook comment on asking if 205/60/16 would fit.
I'm not sure if MO rated tyres are even still available in this size. No doubt a big premium on them if they still do too.- Wed Nov 08, 2023 5:56 pm

Re: 2003 Mercedes E320 CDI Estate
I think if I was going again I'd choose an Autel. My Foxwell is alright but not the easiest to view live data. I found the same issue with icarsoft BMW for the Bini I had. Pretty sure the Chinese scantool manufacturers rip off each other for the vehicle dataset and so they're all very similar in the...

I've never had that. Probably because I don't buy rusty turds.
