I would question the 20 hours a week.
I can understand it if a lot of it is spent trying to source parts but not if it's selling and sending them out.
Maybe the role could be split in two, one sourcing and one selling?
The former could be based anywhere I guess.

I saw one in a garage in Leeds a long time go. The guy who owned it had apparently been seriously injured and it was at a place that specialised in converting cars for disabled drivers......
