Re: Fire!!!
Wonder if a damaged EV set it off, can't imagine shifting them on the forks and putting them on racks will do much for them? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnh1PRBQOPc Fast forward to 26 mins 50 seconds. The batteries can be "quite dangerous so they store them in a fireproof container".....

Re: Eddie Honda's wheels of steel (and occasionally alloy)
Cebora used to make good stuff too years ago. Iirc I did the Justy with .8 wire as that was what was in it. If any of it is really thin you can always turn the gas up a bit and hold the torch further away to lose some amps and help stop it blowing thru. Obviously if it's been stood all this time mak...

Re: Eddie Honda's wheels of steel (and occasionally alloy)
I couldn't get in here earlier. I had to take shit loads out with the lad (and put most of it back in again, just better stacked) in order to get the big beast out. It was in the back left corner below the shit strimmer. IMG_20230810_150601_SizgOnwr70.jpeg The beast unleashed, I'll throw it in the ...

Re: Stupid questions about motorised conveyances
I bought my V50 as a non starter with the same symptoms. It was just the pigtail cable for the negative to the suspension turret. It looked absolutely fine but cleaning it up solved the problem and it's still starting OK now years later. It'd had a new starter motor less than a year beforehand no do...

Not the usual spottage but this little lot were parked up at Bridgnorth on the Severn Valley railway. The dark red one looked possibly expensive?

Re: EBay Finds
I had a plus 2 Elan and they are a great little car with amazing handling for the age. The only downside is the usual Lotus reliability. Anyway have this wonderful little project. If it stays this cheap I may have to bid. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/175846331053?hash=item28f14212ad:g:T-cAAOSwnyJky~L...

Re: Found pics
My old man found a bunch of old Wolves programmes in his BTL property, they cost either 7p or 10p each. I couldn't give a monkeys about them tbh but thought you lot might want to see the back covers.

Re: Wobland Spottage
My mate flogged some of his old broken tat and bought a n/a Fiat Coupe. I still haven't had a go in it (or seen it yet). I reckon it might be a little bit fucked..... They liked to rot in expensive to fix places years back, no matter now. I did test drive a naturally aspirated one once but handed t...
