Re: Van life!
My bias stems from the family transport being a 1979 12-seater minibus - FLO 440T.
It was quick* work unbolting seats for tip/load lugging duty. Generally the last row was left out and Renault hadn't even thought of putting a bit of carpet and seats in a van.

Re: Van life!
Not keen on these.
Prefer the earlier Mk2 rather than all the thick plastic stuff on these facelifts.

Re: Eddie Honda's wheels of steel (and occasionally alloy)
Round 2. This was a bit harder. First moar fire. IMG_20190519_135908_1a.jpg Then remove all the flaky rust. Look at the state of that now, what hope have I got? IMG_20190519_135953_0a.jpg As the diameter is a bit smaller than the last due to corrosion, I'm having a bit of bother getting the socket t...

Re: Eddie Honda's wheels of steel (and occasionally alloy)
A Jizz catch-up. Before I went over on Jaaag collection shenanigans, Mrs H noted that the Jizz had got noisier and the exhaust might need looking at. Alert readers may remember that the exhaust broke at the backbox flange back on 16th March 2018, at that time I welded the flange back on as a tempora...

Re: Eddie Honda's wheels of steel (and occasionally alloy)
Nevermind, Google found it. Haynes: http://www.jaguardriver.nu/manualer/XJ40/XJ6_Service_Manual.pdf Official Workshop: http://www.jaguarclub.sk/service/x300.pdf If they don't work, I have the original PDFs in the downloads folder on my phone and I can upload them to somewhere. Already have these do...
