Surely the easy way to cut emissions is to offer big incentives on a new gas boiler? That'll get rid of hundreds of thousands of old ones for shiny new ones.

The only bad thing about the mk2 Focus is the absolutely pain in the arse of changing a pollen filter. Which was easy on Escort, mk1 Focus and all Mondeos.

I was never a fan of the mk1 Focus. I found them uncomfortable. The mk2 however, brilliant, so much more refined. Sure the mk1 has marginally better steering but if I'm uncomfortable to start with....

They're great cars, especially with the 2.0. Peak Ford Focus in my eyes.
