Is it at all weather dependant? Better on cold damp days or just the same? What's the idle speed? Is that ignition system programmable like the one SiC has or running the standard advance/ retard curve? Have you tried blanking the vacuum advance as a test? Doesn't matter about the weather. 850rpm. ...

The carburation issue is a fair one, as is a shagged ignition switch. It could be one of several problems.
I know the breather is full of shit and that a baffle has broken in the Simonz back box, but no one thinks that's enough to cause it to cut out.
