Ah yeah, I think you're right about the swingarm.
£600 for the GT isn't all that bad tbh, I'd have bawled my eyes out if it had gone for £300 though.

I had loads of sub-250 cc bikes from the 1970s and 1980s back in the days of Rider Policies, they were free or cheap. One of my favourites was a 1973 Kawasaki G7, 2-stroke 100 cc disc valve jobbie with a 3-speed box.
I used to do them up & sell them with a fresh MOT, self-funding hobby.
