Re: What did you do today?

I think that it depends on the company.

This happened to my eldest's Pluriel and Tesco, believe it or not, dealt with the whole thing pretty slickly.

Re: What did you do today?

So are you just unlucky with this as I've always had the impression that Honda engines are virtually 'bomb-proof', although I guess if it hasn't been maintained properly previously any engine could go?

Re: Weird new car warranty exclusions

I thought twice about posting it on here but decided to do so as I assume some will run newish cars and it also seems weird to me.

Went in the ST. Stupid exhaust is banging like a twat into the body and spring. I'll have to see not only a out changing the hangers but maybe getting some of that bandage stuff so when it does hit it don't clank as much.

Chadder's MGB, now 13 years off road.

I thought I'd try a link now that Hooli has locked the old site. The only update is that I'm still waiting for the holes where the sills should be to be filled with actual sills but after 8 months there's still just air and prayer holding the two parts of the car together. http://aschat.freeforums.n...

Re: My slightly knackered old cars

They may be a bit knackered but they all look to have character, something sadly missing from most moderns.

You also won't lose them in, say, a supermarket car park among all the silver/grey clones.

Re: Drum's motorised conveyances

I'm surprised that no one fitted them with JATO rockets as the acceleration with 100 gallons on board must have been abysmal.
