There is a surviving V-8 Humber Imperial prototype. The factory made a couple prior to the Chrysler takeover fitted with, I think, a Ford engine of all things. As soon as Chrysler took over the project was canned. No matter, because in typical American fashion although the engine size increased the performance figures showed no appreciable gain over the inline 6, especially the fuel consumption, which was much worse.
I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?
I paid £250 for it off an architect mate. It was his daily and he'd downgraded to a 3 year old passat estate.
It didn't have mot but I fettled the rear brakes and it passed first time iirc.
