I seriously pondered this for a few days and I think I can now qualify my initial gut reaction that it is not what I want to do.

Those guys are car guys. Almost every vid is set in one man's property and they do things with cars.
They then drive it around in the front garden.

I'm not a real car guy. For the car thing in itself, I collect model cars. I'm a model car guy.
When it comes to cars, however, I'm a travel/trip/adventure guy who likes driving vintage cars.
The tinkering with them is just what's necessary to be able to drive them.

Nobody here has the premises or the junk cars to do what they do. Therefore it is better to do our own thing.
