That's been a contentious camera for a decade now but Plod has refused to engage with complaints.

It is purposely located on a very difficult (in terms of maintaining 30mph) downhill section of dual carriageway. What it needs is a fleet of Cummins-engined Peterbilts based nearby to Jake-brake down it on a nightly basis until some fucker wakes up and listens.
Or just taking out with a mortar from the overhead bridge. It is purely there to make money and make enemies out of ordinary drivers.

How would you be refunded? I was (cynically) caught speeding last year close to home (they'd knocked 20mph off the road) and had to take an online course (a premium over a class room event and with no handouts). I also had to take the day off work to do the course. Would the refund be the course fee only or would it include the cost of a day off work?
