Why not make it a forum pool car?
It could be kept midway between you two guys, say somewhere like Norfolk.

Mind you, I think Panhard has me on ignore as he, er, ignores me! With my luck with old Bentleys (2 for 2 blown up!) maybe I should pass, but, 3rd time lucky?

All this depends on Panhead flogging it before petrol is banned, I'm dead or skint, whichever comes sooner.

No I don't ignore anyone, forget to reply maybe but not ignore. Anyway none of you are having it as this one might actually be a long term keeper. Just having a look at what was available yesterday a half decent Crewe built barge is getting harder to find now for some reason. I finally managed to get the Silver Shadow that has been in my workshop for months finished today. Bloody brakes are a nightmare on them, at least now they work properly after changing 5 calipers and loads of hoses. I did learn a lot about the systems though.

All I can say was I had been drinking and thought "fuck that's cheap" so I have done it again and bought another Turbo R. This one was a lot cheaper but has way more miles and could be a right heap but payment sent and transport sort of organised so it should be here within the next week or so.

I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

I wonder what the current crop of Volkswagentlys have done to the prices of these? Some of those newfangled ones are getting pretty cheap....

Looks bloody straight but I just cannot get over the steering wheels fitted to these tubs. It was as if management grabbed a Car Builder Solutions catalogue and deliberately chose the most nondescript generic wheel there was.
