Yes - the Twin.

Without those they might have got a head start on DeHavilland Canada and its Twin Otter etc..

I was confusing them with the Bristol 170 - which there are quips about all over the place saying that in some cases where there was a decent headwind it would be quicker to walk.

Electric car, 12 prototypes built by Scottish Aviation. The firm also built a cab for Ferguson tractors, I hope they made a better fist of their planes. Anyway, never heard of this thing, and don't know why you'd do 12 before you realised it was shit. Just pips the Inva for looks.
The planes were good designs apart from the wings falling off which was a bit of a problem.
The Scottish Aviation Bulldog were the Basic Trainer for the RAF for a lot of years.

The Jetstream was a good old workhorse as well

Never heard of the wings coming off either of them.

If I remember correctly the Jetstream was a Handley Page design and the Bulldog a Beagle one.

^ Correct, but in both cases, the Airworthiness and entire manufacturing were done by Scottish Aviation, including the extensive in service Mods.

The Jetstream was certainly initially manufactured by HP at Radlett although maybe not the particular one in that picture.
The same is true of the Bulldog, initially being manufactured at Shoreham like the Pup, so I'm a bit confused as to what your point is.

Only a cunt wouldn't know a Blakely Bernardi when they rammed into the back and it's tank exploded.
