If you join the "ovalchat" forum re banger racing, theres a stolen section on there. East Anglia has a lot of drivers, some are fairly honest. Somebody may know something. Free to join, usual procedure.

If you look at his street on StreetView he keeps all his chod parked up in a residential car park. Easy to rapidly develop a reputation or become a local talking point as "the guy with a load of old cars" which the area's criminal element will pick up on.
