Whatever your habits turn out to be, good to see you and hope you hang about for a bit. I recognised some of your cars but not the Jeep. That looks rather nice and they keep appealing to me which means I will probably really want one by the time they are OMGWhendidyoulastseeone.Thatwillbetengrandplease.
Born to rock and roll.
And drive shit old cars.

Run up and have a go once I've got it through another MoT. Greenlaning is a laugh. In 2WD it's surprisingly quick, and you can leave long smoky 11s if you feel like it. Power delivery is like a smooth diesel; all low end and mid range torque. Some of the local neds have had fun trying to get past me on the B660.

It came with an interior part converted to charcoal - although I have the rest of the parts to put it back to cream. You can just see the grey door cards in the first photo.
I wanted the full chintzy septic experience, so that meant pwood, magnolia hide and a three spoke steering wheel. I've since stuck my mechless Clarion in for a stereo and listen to music via a KS Myjack Bluetooth dongle that plugs into the AUX slot.

It has a leak from the rear axle, and a broken ABS sensor. Other than total loss incontinence, it's holding up OK for an old Yank. Apart from some blebs on the roof, there's no rust. It's covered in mud at the moment because on the last day of its MoT I took it off-road, pulled a car out of a ditch, towed my mate's Saxo to its new owner and helped a family stuck on the A14 get back to the A1 (it was shut because of roadworks).

There are quite a few interesting green lanes near me. They're a lot of fun. Got the hang of 4Hi and low range; it's all pretty easy on the Jeep as it's one vacuum controlled lever. Not got stuck yet - and there are quite a few more lanes to explore on the Notts/Cambs border.

Seen a ton of wildlife already - and the Three Shires is a riot, especially when you get to use the grunt.

I can't argue with any of the cars in this thread, all good. Especially the JEEP.

Surely the most appropriate use of an XJ Cherokee is wooden, low speed car chases?

The XJ Cherokee is certainly easier on the eye than the newer generations.

I took the 605 into London once. A mate did the driving.

It did alright, apart from getting a bit hot, but the fans did their thing.

And yes, the door will be sorted.

Spot of the year for me was a fucked Concerto labouring past a famous household to which I helped pay for.
