There is a chap on AS who has a 3 wheeler of similar vintage in good condition, owned long-term, don't know if he posts on here and can't recall his forum name.
RayMK
Also had a Stellar. I believe he sold that to quietside.
Met him at the FoD. Lovely old gent. Felt rather sorry for him as you could tell he wanted to really muck in on some spannering others were doing, but couldn't as he can only get around with two sticks now.
Yes that's the man, that would sadly explain why he rarely got out in the car. I think he was trying to encourage his son or another relative to take it out now and again.
I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

My grandad was an invac@r repairer in the 60s,this has just reminded me of him telling me how they chopped up scrap ones and burnt the bodies in oil drums
I don't have the last tax disc for it, I must have bought a whole year and sent it back for a refund. Tax exemption for vehicles over 25 years old didn't even exist and the 4-wheeler rate was £100 (and stayed at £100pa for six years). Tricycle rate at the time was £50 for a whole year and £27.50 for a half.
I do have however, the previous disc, so it wasn't off the road all that long before I took ownership. (Forget the DVLA, it was the DVLC back then too)
