Well the wheel is pointing the wrong way (i.e. normally) for a Herald.....Don't know how long that bed is but incoming looks a little short-medium in length. Let's have a look at the evidence.....

Tin top (not necessarily full hardtop, just a tin roof)
Sunroof (could be an 80s glass horror escape hatch type - I'm assuming it to be bigger than the baccy-tin flap on old Mini vans)
Possibly a van (ref. optional rear seat clue)
Doom washed-out blue
Tidemark - steel body?
Slushbox - this is the clue that keeps killing off suggestions....
Dashboard key. So, it isn't a proper Saab....
Steering wheel horn push.
Smoker window (I assume quarter-light style not froggy flipup Gauloise flap like 2CV)
Odd wheel
Not French
Not Ford
Presumably not Murrican

God knows.....
There's a great long bar in Rock & Roll heaven.......
