Dug through Random Leftover Crap and found 2 bulb holders. Couldn't figure where they went then looked behind the dash and figured it out.
Heater controls and ignition switch. Rewired them and got that hooked up between work calling. Still, any progress is progress. Getting near to being able to tape up the loom. Woo.

I'm sure they make a special batches for California that does but in all the other states they are fine.....

No you really wouldn't, I tried it with the equivalent 20c noodles in Australia, after a month or more of eating mainly them you want to chuck at the thought of another meal featuring them. It took me a 2 year break before I could stomach one again.

Next task is going to be dull. I need to remove the heater control facia from around the steering column so I can pull the fan switch, check it and rewire it. Typically the design means that there's no way of doing this without undoing the entire damn thing.
The reverse lights need to be wired in. I've run out of different color wires, I have recycled a few.. then the starter button needs to be hooked up through the inhibitor switch. Alternator wiring, ignition to the coil, I think I'm going to loom in a second wire from the coil back to the dash for an electronic tachometer feed, also a wire from the alternator for a warning light. I have a nice little lamp that'll fit in an old hole under the dash..

I always say when doing a full rewire add wiring for anything you might want. It's much easier to connect up later if you decide to do so.
