The NSU went without the aid of a hiab but it did go to a racer even though he didn't want to admit it. I hope he does race it but there is a hell of a lot of work to get it so it could be raced.

Is one still allowed to call them gaylanders or should I book myself in to the work's diversity training that's happening tomorrow?

Picked the 190E up from the welder today....Wasn't too bad, small hole in jacking point. He did a nice job, made sure the plug could still be fitted back in and left it in red oxide so I could see what he'd done. He was buggering about with a V8 Mk2 Cortina when I got there, feck me it was cold in his unit - don't know how these spanner wielders do it. MOT on Monday so with a bit of luck and a bit more expense I should get another year or two out of it. This will probably be my last Merc so I am going to drag the arse right out of it.
There's a great long bar in Rock & Roll heaven.......

I think it's OK if you make sure you've bummed something that identifies as male beforehand.
On the road:
1998 Disco 4.0 V8 (manual)
1994 Vauxhall Calibra 3.0 V6

Running but need fettling:

1986 Honda CBX750F
1991 Maserati 222 SE
1990 Yamaha XJ900F

Tax & MOT-exempt, woohoo!

They could always buy one of the few remaining unmolested RHD Peugeot 403s then cut the top off it and plonk it under the NSU shell......
More likely to be Mondeo based though.
