Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

I appear to have purchased a autoshite bike, a Renault Vel satis. Always wanted one and this one is cheap enough to throw away.

Maybe!

I should have bought it to replace the E28. Not that I need another massive car...

Thankfully it's about 15cm smaller than the Jag so my front door step will live another Day(short drive)

An option. Do they beat you down on price?
This minus the 9k I owe plus the 10k government loan gives me £14k to buy a trafic. I wonder what's out there.

Probably worth checking what the dealers offer as part ex price too. They'll be wrapping their profits on the new van around the price they offer you for yours.

I've just been talking to the neighbour with the three trafics. He rates them very highly and doesn't even bother servicing them. He had a 2008 one from new till very recently (he crashed it) which was never serviced and was faultless.

I've just seen a fiat version of the trafic. I wonder if they're cheaper.

That's the new one that's actually a Peugeot.

The original Trafic was a Renault also built in Luton as a Vivaro and Nissan Primastar.
The second gen was A Trafic/Vivaro only. Still built as a Trafic.
The current Vivaro is a PSA van. Vaux/Pug/Cit/Fiat.
