Re: Two wheels good.
I think I'm just enjoying a lightweight revvy bike, not what I'm used too.

Re: Two wheels good.
Did they try and say it was "sold as seen" or something?
They are legally obliged to fix things like those brakes.
Why are you wasting your time and money doing it?

I can see both side of it yes the dealer is obliged to fix it but who knows how well they will do the job. As long as the price was right (Not paid full retail) then sorting things out yourself is usually better as at least you know they are done.

Re: Two wheels good.
I could but in all honestly I cba to argue with them about it. I'd rather just do it, I know it's done right & so forth. I'll keep it long term so the last thing I want is badly done work on it that'll cause hassle later on.

Re: Two wheels good.
Maintain your bike they said, it'll be fun and prevent problems they said...
One pinch bolt on the fork lowers snapped, I've still not sorted that. I've drilled it out but there's a bit still stuck. The front spindle was seized in it's thread must a spacer on the front wheel was damaged so the spindle was trapped. That's all now sorted.
Forks have got fresh oil in that was definitely needed, so once I finish sorting the broken bolt I can put put it all back together and go back to waiting for oil cooler to be ready.

Re: Two wheels good.
Every bike I own is broken or not fully built, which isn't quite how I'd planned things.
