Sadly as I'm 6'2" and a big cunt not many bikes suit me. I'd love to own a muscle bike like Hooli but sadly I fear I would need to lose two stone for my arse to look good on it for the laydeez.

Working in care work 12 years ago. Using a Suzuki gs125 bike. I was pulled up for using my phone. Acquired 3 points for my stupidity.

Never really been into bikes though Sam has had a few but never even been pillion!
I was always a bit scared when Sam went out on hers not that she was a bad rider on the contrary in fact she used to be a motorcycle instructor

its the way car users treat those on two wheels

I went with her to pick up her last bike from the dealers 4 years ago now (she let it go last year) I tried to stay right behind her to protect her from idiots who were tailgting her or getting too close by her side never having seen it before (or probably been blinkered to it!) i was appauled by car users attitudes to bikes

I did however like the sound of her boxer engine it was a work of art I would of happily just kept the engine!

Back in the 80's she had a Honda CB100n as here first bike,traded that in for a 250n Superdream and traded that for a Kawasaki GPZ550 no pics sadly

She then didnt have a bike until 2013 when she got a used BMW F650



The day in 2015 her new bike turned up

You really should have a ride as a pillion, as she appears to have a sensible bike you won't be forced to perch on a seat with the comfort of a piece of plywood whilst having your knees round your ears and your arse hanging out!
You might find you like it, my other half does, so much so she fell asleep and I didn't notice till she woke up with a start after negotiating several twisty bits......

She is without bike now. It went last year in favour of the Mustang (The other one ) That I can drive too.

I did like her last bike though a lovely sound from the Boxer I used to start it up to warm up while she was getting he leathers on

I did once have a go of a Cb100n (not hers) in the late 80's,It didnt go well

I ended up over a wall and the bike declined the offer to stay underneath me

I'm just back from Pembrokeshire, it's nice down there. I'm getting a bit fed up with the crap front tyre wear on my bike though, it might just be a combination of the multi-compound tyres, forcing a heavy bike around bends and so on. But it never used to happen & I still ride it the same, fork oil is good as I changed it recently*

That looks like the wear that the chamber of the road causes although a bit more extreme. I get that on the FJR. I tend to replace tyres early before it causes a problem. (Company bike so the boss pays)

Nope. After the same make/model of tyre delaminated in Switzerland they collected it & went silent despite much chasing. So I can't see much point in trying with a less important issue.

It seems to understeer on bends these days & does this to the tyres, it never used to happen but I can't find any mechanical issue.
