It's fucked. Not many Limiteds here, though, I can think of only 2 other 4 doors.
Those were my thoughts too but I know nothing about what the numbers mean on these cars. There is a stunning Limited here in the North West, a regular at many shows. The owner, who I guess is retired, keeps it immaculate. They are massive cars even for a Yank, bigger than Caddy and Lincoln that year IIRC.

Boat tank in boot.
No idea what that means.

I think it means 'needs a fuel tank, I've bodged a spare from a boat in'

I spotted the pair of these he has for sale and thought I might go for it until I noticed what the cunt has done. The best one of the pair he has fucked by cutting out the structural supports between the bulkhead and the chassis. Why do they feel the need to "improve" stuff. If the price stays low I might try and get the pair and restore the other one which he hasn't fucked up.

An appreciating asset. Gone up a fair bit over the last few years.

I thought this was the price on the listing, but it isn't.

A mate of mine knew one of the Cramers and we got to have a look around the collection about fifteen years ago. It was simultaneously fascinating and heartbreaking, there must have been near on two hundred cars (mostly Rootes group) just sitting rotting in or among the bushes. The vendor did well not only to drag them out but get them all the way home from the Essex / Cambridgeshire border without them snapping or falling to pieces.

Cannot make any sense of the description, but it does lend weight to my idea of most Yank owners in this country being deluded retards.

English not the sellers first language?
As I suspected I was right about everything.

What I constantly wonder is where clowns like the 403 and Buick sellers get their money from.

Just look around you, it's normally the people who deserve to fail & be in misery who succeed in life.
