They've always looked like the fairing has fallen off, if it was 2" higher it'd match the shape of the bike.

Fuel gauge too big. There's all that wasted space on the speedo dial - it should go there.

A roll cage, it must be pumping nearly 45bhp through that 3 speed plus overdrive box. Interesting car.

Nice, that...Aquaplane manifold too! Wonder what the rollcage is about - hillclimbs maybe? I should have thought FIA regs called for welded-in ones. That would make a nice road car until the diff explodes.

One of my dream vehicles has come up on Facebook marketplace not far from me, unfortunately whilst open to offers, the advertised price of £20k means I don't think I stand a chance of doing a deal, no matter how many x boxes I could come up with.

I'm sure I have seen this around a few years ago, it's been fitted with a TDi and apparently RR diffs so probably goes quite well.

By 'eck is that a 4 door S1 LWB with a Safari roof? Not original surely? I've never seen a set of rear doors like that on a Series and I think the Safari roof was only on the S3?
