I wish, it isn't listed for sale. And I wouldn't trust the condition based on some other things I've seen.

No, I found a better Granada, in Granadaland as well. The X plate one upthread.
The seller isn't available for me to view at the moment, he is entertaining guests for a few days, and is prioritising them. He took my name and number, and said he would call back when he knew a suitable time.
He foolishly told me what he bought the car for, so I know I'm not willing to pay a penny more than what he did. It happens to be the top of my budget. He has his eye on the market though as he's watching the other Ghia wagon on eBay, a carb Ghia on a B plate. He noted that the guy was 'struggling to make £2000' , indeed the price is stuck there for now with under 24 hours to go. I'm interested to see what it goes for, but I'm not inclined to bid.
I happen to know the guy wants at least £4000, which he is not going to get.

The 2.8i is on an auction ending Sunday starting a not inconsiderable amount below his purchase price, at £3500, currently with no bids, but also no reserve. If I haven't seen the car by auction's end I shall attempt to bid - I'm not sure anyone else will, but if I can view the car I have a feeling I could buy it out for a reasonable sum.

It's mega cheap to insure, a Jag is almost three times as much.

I has the mixture tuning 'tool' for a 2.8i, it's a long straight allen key with the knob on the end.

Odd, considering how nickable they are.
