From 01 on it attracts that stupid CO2 tax, hence my desire to remain a rebellious vanguard of yesteryear.

The situation in abroadshire is different because they don't change their cars with the frequency of their underpants because they may have cost a lot of lolly in the first place. (and they might not be such snobby bastards about auld rammel)
