on the upside I'm being paid a LOT more than before now, but my days off are a bit inconsistent.

I had a few Safranes back in the day and it is the only car I have had air bags go off in. I bought a diesel one in Luton that had been sitting a while. It had a puddle in the passenger footwell and after pulling away a bit too quickly it filled the air bag ecu (under the passenger seat) with water and fired both of them off. I preferred the pre facelift ones myself, they weren't a bad car just the typical Renault electrics let them down.

I never had any issues with them, it was like Renault kept the best bits for the Safrane and fitted the the rest with the shite.
