Dunno, it's on the mk1 fiesta forum.. he wants a 4 speed gearbox for it . Apparently it's not the same as a Fiesta gearbox tho ?

It is, I did it - only the 86-88 engine though. Looks like a 950/1100 on the outside except for a taller block, but has 5 main bearings rather than 3. Went rather well with a Mangoletsi inlet manifold allowing a MK2 Escort 1300 GT carb to be fitted - Janspeed manifold and exhaust however fouled the sump due to the taller block. I could fix that nowadays but at 18/19 it was beyond me. Went through several MK2 Fiesta 1100 gearboxes (slightly higher ratios) as the diffs started to whine after a while - probably not helped by doing one wheel peels all the time...
