I think its MCE663. Previously WTN184A and then originally 9609HN.

Hmmm. As much as I'd like it to live, I think that is fucked. I'd be looking to rehome as many parts as possible, taking the number plate off and weighing it in. Outdoor storage has ruined it.

Of course you should rebuild it. I'm just a realist/defeatist.

Believe it or not, I have welded up worse. The chassis is sound on this thing and it hasn’t been bodged up before. It’s also sound mechanically, the wiring and interior are both good. It’s just rusty!
I know what you’re saying though; and believe me, you’re not the only one with that view.
A Dutch mate has a beautifully sound, original ‘49 Hampshire, original LHD export model with about 50000 Km on the clock. But he is intending to break it to help restore his two Atlantics. I’m trying to convince him not to!
The sensible thing to do would be to buy that one off him and use this one for spares. But I’m a sentimental twat and love these cars so much, I can’t bring myself to break something that hasn’t snapped in half.
I might end up buying that one off him at some point as he hasn’t got much interest in it. It’s not in immediate danger as it’s at the back of his barn behind a load of his other cars, he has a young family and cars coming out of his ears.

That A70 looks properly rough, you're a braver man then me! Although after 4 years in a field my 1850HL probably isn't any better.

1977 Triumph Dolomite 1300 - Lean green oil dripping machine.

I’m not particularly phased by it. You remember how rotten your green Dolomite was under all the filler? This car isn’t full of wob so at least it is fairly honest.

Great that the Vanguard survives. MCE is an older registration from 1953.

I didn't think you could take numbers off tractors. I had an international with a really good number but was told that it couldn't be removed. I left it with my sister when I moved so she could use it in the field she keeps her horses in. I suspect it has either been scrapped or is still sitting there as I haven't seen or heard about it in 10 years and this just reminded me about it.

I think there used to be provision to transfer between agricultural and road vehicles as there was for mopeds a long time ago.

There was a short window when it was possible before it was closed, this tractor was well known locally and folks can remember it being taken down to the Sheffield DVLA office on the back of a skip wagon for them to see it before the transfer could be done as at that point it had been parked for a decade....
