Re: What did you do today?
Your last sentence is pretty much what they said to me. However, this is a particularly complex hose with three extruded joints and a tight radius incorporated. Of all the engine hoses this is one I would have appreciated an opportunity to replace. I did get the front-to-rear ones upgraded to stainless and new rad hoses at least. They didn't recommend reusing my old ones of those.

Used it for an hour this morning simply moving the 1 tonne builders bags I have filled with garden cuttings. Put the straps over the rear arms, lift and drive to drop the bags accessible to load into the car.DodgeRover wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 11:19 am What are you doing with it? A transport box that tips fitted on the rear arms is massively handy
Then I tied a tarpaulin to the rear arms, piled tree branches on this, and dragged this to where I am having a skip delivered to.
The above two jobs would take all day doing it manually. Just 1 hour in the tractor.
Looking to get a scraper attachment so i can run it over the surface of the garden to keep it looking tidy. Next door neighbour has a rear bucket thing I can use to level off a few places, but he is away at present.
And its here to tinker with....

Sat and looked at the (lack off) space in front of the garage and thought, "yep, I bought a Matiz yesterday that appears* to have no o/s/r brakes".

Oops were you aware of the braking situation before attempting to stop?BusmansHoliday wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 8:36 pm Sat and looked at the (lack off) space in front of the garage and thought, "yep, I bought a Matiz yesterday that appears* to have no o/s/r brakes".

Re: What did you do today?
Regular listeners will recall my rant about Scumbag Romanian cunts last week.
In contrast to this two regular blokes turned up this afternoon had a poke around the Fiat drove it round the block , offered £1200 against the £1350 advertised, daughter settled at £1250 they paid, her she did the change of ownership. Just like the olden days.
I was talking to one of them, turns out they import Classic Yanks and one wanted it for his daughter. They had an actual fight with some Romanian cunts a few months ago when trying to sell an e39 M5. Oil in the header tank trick and during the kerfuffle one of them tried to get in the guy’s house !
I’m going to advertise my E Class next, should get an Albanian turn up pay a fair price and drive it away, that’s what happened the last two newish Mercs I sold. Think I’ll ask where they’re from before I give em my address, WCPGW?

Stopped OK on test drive, just handbrake didn't engage " spring broken M8".DodgeRover wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 9:03 pmOops were you aware of the braking situation before attempting to stop?BusmansHoliday wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 8:36 pm Sat and looked at the (lack off) space in front of the garage and thought, "yep, I bought a Matiz yesterday that appears* to have no o/s/r brakes".
Looked under when home and o/s/r appears to be missing the wheel cylinder, which would explain the shoes and brake springs in the boot
