Re: Wobland Spottage
The Fowler isn't technically a showman's - just a general haulage tractor with a canopy for weather protection. I remember you posting about it going by and I assumed it was the one named John Fowler (which is a Showman's named after the engineer) but that name only appears on a small brass boiler plate.

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

That Riley Kestrel is such a lovely shape. The Lotus Viva is pretty cool too. Nice pics. Thanks for posting.

Re: Wobland Spottage
A couple more local spots. The bug must have been a really early one as had trafficators? A cozy looking bride and groom in the back too, bride with bottle in hand, classy.

Re: Wobland Spottage
I did wonder, I'd have assumed it would have had the double back window if fitted with them, presumably these came along just after?

Split window ended in early 1953, oval one-piece lasted until mid-57......Scruffy Bodger wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 8:37 pmI did wonder, I'd have assumed it would have had the double back window if fitted with them, presumably these came along just after?
