Overseas asides *Cote D’Azure edition*
So just returning from a pleasant few days on the French coast (God bless easyJet and off the main drag hotels) and cruising amongst the beautiful people are these beauties. Rather surprised that such lot of ragged and gouged old knackers were still on the streets. I did miss snapping a wonderful claret coloured Karman Ghia giving the beans, and two 500 jolly/gamine/beach wotsits as I was driving.
Up first the Renault selection:
The lesser spotted poor-mans Avantime - the Kangoo Be-Bop. Have a read here:

Next up some traditional French parking - the market vans was like a live action Richard Scary picture and went back 3 deep

That place looks idyllic. Can almost smell the coffee and croissants... I will be in San Sebastián next month, and a few Italian towns. I am really looking forward to a bit of that.

(Note to wobbers: New mirror lens €9 in Norauto or €66 at PSA, pray you can mash the rest back on).

So Citroens you say? Lets start with the best rental car(s) in Nice, spotted about 4 hours before I went home sadly.
Whilst trying to buy parts for a remodelled Citroen, these two new ‘modern’ Mehari’s were spied in a dealership. Fully electric I seem to remember.
The plucky brits never got the ‘Spot’ but the trim pointed to it being our ‘Spree’ edition.

Peugeots anyone? Waiting for me on arrival:
Next up a lovely 504 pickup in 2nd gear flat out up a hill, stunk of mystery heavy oil too. It was fabulous!
