Em er deux

Post by Parantodd392 »

Evening all haven’t been on the page for a while but I thought I’d show of my cheap mr2 that I bought earlier on in the year for the ripe old sum of £600

Jammy beggar!

Those are still $5k cars in the US for one in a good drivable condition.

I had one years ago and loved it. I ended up putting a DNA 360 Fauxrarri kit on it… but we all do stupid things from time to time.

Very underrated cars IMHO.

I thought they'd cost a lot more than that still.

Well bought....That's about my pricing level, I'd be happy to have bought that, especially when you compare it, pound-for-pound to the rest of the stuff in Pic.2

I like them, a friend has one that he bought off another friend. It was meant to to be a cheap toy until the mot ran out as it was using oil. He liked it so much he got a replacement engine and rebuilt the suspension and replaced the rear subframe and lots of other bits. It's still a toy but no longer a cheap one.

It comes with the hard top too so it definitely was a bargain.
