Does the rover 600 have Cruise control?

I was looking under the bonnet of this rover 600 I’m buying soon and noticed 2 cables coming off the throttle body is this a sign that it’s got cruise control,there’s no buttons in the car but I was wondering if I could buy the switches and fit them I.E plug and play?

I think some models did. Is it an auto though as some autos have throttle position sensors.
