Tbh, I don't like Jags past the XJ40, they just aren't for me. Too modern.
Whilst I like BMWs I can't get past the image of them. I'd make an exception for good E28s though.

This 520 is nice (lose the stripes), and the wheels are genuine Alpina.
But it's got no MOT and the owner's blurred out the plate, which could be bad.

4 bags for a stickerbombed 520?

And there was I thinking Fords are scene taxed.

He's been trying to sell that for nearly two years https://picclick.co.uk/BMW-E28-B9-Alpin ... 09611.html

No pictures showing the interior other than the driver's seat, "Small amount of work needed for MOT" (but not small enough that he can be arsed to do it), no centre caps on the wheels, Tupperware lashed on with wood screws, doesn't even drive according to a previous attempt at selling https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C999456

I think a rotten Mk2 Granada would be a better bet.

Classic my arse. With a few months MoT it'd be a 400 Quid WBoD. Then knock out the windows and race it in spring.

Not a Sprint, but less finicky to deal with and a fair bit cheaper too. Also looks much better condition than a Sprint anywhere near this sort of money.
