It's what I like, I can wear a hat in one of those cars without it touching the headlining. That is more important to me than Down's syndrome.

I'll race past you in my BRG 3.4, snarling twin cam, looking dastardly.

You sound like one of those BMW twats.

I'll just look restrained and stately and give you a mild 'whatever' expression.

Jaguar twats of yore were probably the same breed.

Having had a 1960 3.4 Mo/d in fine fettle, I can confirm they are one of those cars that encourages fast driving. They made a 2.4 for Armstrong owners venturing to the dark side.

Whatever, the Jaguar had the 'sporting' edge, that's what Jags were about, but the Humbers, Armstrong-Siddeleys, Allards, Lea-Francises, Alvises and Rovers conferred other qualities upon their owners and weren't short of performance either. What interest do I have in fucking sport.

The four-pot Armstrong was the quicker of the two models by a considerable margin, being essentially two-thirds of the hemi six. The 236 model had the old Whitley engine. I reckon a 234 would give a 2.4 Jag, at least, a run for its money!
