I had one of their originals when they were called Schuler, they had done something to the suspension as it was literally the best range rover to drive that I have ever been in.paulplom wrote: ↑Sun Feb 27, 2022 5:40 am You need to put your prices up.

It's Kingsley who are at that game too. Only 170K for a ULEZ beater.

Overfinch was originally proper engineering enhancements. They even employed CSK. Now its a just a badge on bling.

Wasn't originally a division of Schuler Presses where the MD fancied an improved Rangie and set the ball rolling?

Re: Land Rover Rustorashun and other shit
first up
Got the 1993 LSE back together after boot floor, front inner wing, bulkhead and sill repairs. Wheels are off at Planet Wheelz for a refurb
While I was waiting I got onto working out why the memory seat ecu had failed despite being refurbished. reassembled the dash as best I could. Ham fisted gibbon had been at it before me and most fixings were incorrect and some of the plastics were damaged Nabbed these from e-bay. Will look nice on the workshop wall Back on with the Land Rover Series 3 88" that has a 200tdi fitted. Took a while to get it all together Steve Parkers provided most of the stuff, not cheap but very well made even I need a step ladder to get into the depths of the engine bay This 1975(ish) Range Rover is next into the workshop, been sitting outside patiently awaiting it's turn. You can diagnose the seat ECU using the memory seat switch, no response. Rebuilt the switch so that it worked perfectly and then condemned the ECU
After the wheels went onto the s3 it started without too much bother. Battery is way to small, no where near the crank amps needed. However it is still blocked into the workshop by the LSE waiting for it's wheels.
More coming
