What did you do today?

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

'sedan' is the accepted term in Honda circles. Honda themselves have only ever referred to it as the 4 door iirc.

Dropped the Ibiza that the garage this am as yesterday it started making strange noises from the fns wheel. Wheel bearing I thought. Rang me back later to tell me wheel bearing is OK, wheel nuts are loose.

WTF, the NSF wheel hasn't been off in four months (since I did the discs and pads) and it passed its' test last month with no problems. The thing is though it's been parked at the back of the house on the council estate for a week because I've been using the Matiz and 206 and couldn't be arsed with all the swopping about. Surely nobody's tried nicking the wheels or undoing the nuts "for a laugh".

I resent the abuse ah-merkinshire heaps on my country's language and how it's spreading like an infection so most the world who think they speak English really speak ah-merkin and don't know what chips really are etc etc

Just seen the Tavria on the beige has now ‘ failed’ to sell.

I was the under bidder, twice - where he clearly used me to push up the asking price to a ‘ favoured’ bidder.

I’ll not be trying again

For some reason that I can't currently define I suspect that you might have dodged a bullet there.

He did you a favour. They were a shocking gaylord chariot when new and underneath the inch of underseal and MOT standard patches it will be another wanked out, rotten Jap import wreck. Like they all are.

That MX5 is hardly a cream puff so just just drive it.

I disagree. As an ten year old watching the roof operate on brand new one in Honda Swindon made it clear they are the best thing ever.

It's unfortunate that the Integra Type R wasn't a tiny bit more practical for a family, otherwise my mum would have ordered one of them instead of another Civic.
