What does graduated windows mean?
That there's some restriction as to how much they can be open?

I'd imagine them to be those kind of aluminium-framed things found in contemporary caravans - with a sliding hinge against which a threaded knob could be tightened at any position between fully open and closed.

To put current motorcycle prices into perspective, that Douglas represents about 25percent of the price of a nearly-new Morris 8 during that period.

Apparently quite a rare logo on these as it mid mergers and only appeared for a few months this year.

1968 Monte Carlo. It was uncharacteristically dry that year, and Vic Elford won in a 911, the first victory for the Porsche. The highest place Mini was third.
