Classless cars that say nothing about you? Is there any? Were there ever any?

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

Good shout for Saabs, although not sure is classless is the right term as they don't seem to occupy every class, just the extremes. Either ageing eccentrics or turbo-nutter-bastard cheapskates. Feel like I belong to the latter party, especially seeing as I bought a dog dick red one.

In this area its the Citroën Berlingo/Dacia Dokker/Peugeot Partner/Fiat Doblo/Opel Combo type MPV's. They are seen absolutely everywhere, probably because they are so practical.

Can we add failed or wannabe Yardie to the stereotype if the Saab is a bright yellow soft top?

Those are surprisingly popular on the rocking scene now that Mk2 Fords are the preserve of moneyed folk who never drive them. Things like Berlingos, Doblos and Yetis enable two people and a shit load of stuff to travel in relative comfort for a reasonable fuel cost. Suits and dresses can be hung without creasing and a lot of DJs now use them with one or two honorable exceptions (there is still at least one who carts his gear about in a Velox).

They are pretty anonymous things and almost impossible to pigeon-hole ownership unless they are patently being driven by a dribbling old cunt.

I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

I did like my Peugeot Partner while I had it. Properly useful thing.

I've considered a Berlingo in the past and might look at those again - it would be pretty useful for Mrs Rocker's pram meets.

I could get two, one tonne builders bags, full of garden cuttings, in the back of my Doblo.
