I looked at one of those just the other day here in its home country. Would have been fine if it was just like the description I was given of it. But it was a shed, and with no documents.

This looks a good project IF you can get spare parts for it. At least it is running.

Given how well the MX singles go, I think you could make that rather rapid

Oh yes, at a local car show in 2021. Was somewhat tatty, but it was ridden frequently, which is the best thing for it. Sounded great too.

Dinged XK150S was at Bonhams for estimated 10-15, fetched 90 grand. 265 hp on these...

I presume there to be at least a £90,000 price premium for the "S" over a normal 150 then, give or take... Sod buying anything like that without knowing it for a very long time.

Within my 1980s biking circle, if anyone bought one of those the tank badge would've been altered to read TOSSA within 15 minutes.
