What did you do today?

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

I imagine it'd also cause a hell of a lot of drag, like an airbrake.

I'm surprised there isn't an interlock to prevent driving, or driving over a set speed when it's up.

The wagon drivers are probably too busy watching porn on their laptops or murdering prostitutes to notice.
My van had an annoying beep when you were reversing. I found the beeper up inside the rear offside bumper corner. I managed to get hold of the wires and rip them out. The lorry drivers probably do the same if it's annoying.

I'm not 100% which gantry was hit but there is a whole load along there for the smart motorway. So I suspect it passed a few before it raised and hit the gantry.

Pity the gantry was clear of stinking rebellion.

It's the first one after coming on at J17. If the lorry joined at J17 s/b then it's first one encountered.

They often lay a bed by tipping whilst driving forward, a good driver doing it saves a shit load of machine work leveling out.

Washed the Merc as it was also covered in Sahara sand and the poor bastard car has been blasted by me hosing down the Jag. It was filthy. Now clean and if the weather is still as nice tomorrow, it will be shiny as well!
