It went into the actual brake pad.
I'll give it a scan when I get in from work.

Looks like I've pulled a wire.
It wouldn't some how use a brake pad as a speed sensor would it?

I've been on the citroen relay fb page and enquired. They said it's inside the drum at the top. I bet I've caught the fucker with the wire brush.
I'll order a new one. No point stripping it down twice. It is nice to have quiet brakes again though.

De Ja Vu?
A spare couple of hours so I've got the boy emptying the lock up while I see what's what.

Can't find anything wrong. My code reader said right rear and this was the drivers side I worked on. I wonder if by some massive coincidence that the nearside one became faulty at the exact same time?

Go to live data, spin the wheel and see which wheel shows a reading.

Unplug the abs sensor connector and check the resistance across the sensor. Almost zero ohms or very high/infinite ohms then there something wrong with the sensor.

Or the act of unplugging/plugging may clean up the contacts of the connector and it starts working again.

It's all back together now. I'm just going to order two new sensors and be done with it. They're only 5 minutes to change and you don't even need to take the wheel off to do it.
